Who is responsible
BetLogic AI is operated by Turgut Sönmez, a sole proprietor trading as t-apps, in Türkiye. He is the data controller for the data described here. Contact: turgut.sonmez@t-apps.io.
This policy covers the BetLogic AI apps for iPhone and Android and the website betlogicai.com.
What we collect
Account data, only if you sign in: your user ID and the name and email address that Apple or Google shares with us. Apple may give us a private relay address instead of your real email.
Your settings: the prediction level you choose, your favourite leagues, your notification choices and the coupons you save. These are stored with your account, or with an anonymous ID if you have not signed in.
Usage data: which screens you open, which matches you view, which buttons you tap (for example on the PRO screen), your answers to optional questions in the app, the app version, device model, operating system, language and approximate country. It is linked to a pseudonymous app ID and, if you sign in, to your user ID. We do not store your IP address.
Purchase data: when you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, we receive the product, price, currency, country and events such as purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund. We never see your card or payment details.
Diagnostics: crash reports and technical errors, so we can fix problems.
Notifications: a device token, if you allow notifications.
On the website we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and Firebase Authentication when you sign in. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To show predictions and remember your settings; to sell, restore and manage PRO subscriptions; to send the notifications you turned on; to find and fix crashes; to keep the service secure.
To improve BetLogic: we look at how people use the app together with subscription events (for example, which screens people leave from, or why they do not subscribe). We do this with pseudonymous IDs and only look at totals, not at individual people.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, we do not share your data for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Legal bases
Under the GDPR (EEA and UK) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), we rely on: the contract with you (the service and your subscription); our legitimate interests (security, crash diagnostics and improving the service); your consent where the law requires it; and legal obligations.
From app version 1.1.8, users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before usage analytics start. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Profile.
Who helps us
Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Functions and BigQuery), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple and Google as app stores (under their own privacy policies), Cloudflare (website delivery and cookieless analytics) and Branch (app links, with tracking turned off).
These providers store data mainly in the United States. Transfers outside Türkiye and the EEA rely on the safeguards the providers offer, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Usage and diagnostic data: 14 months, then deleted automatically.
Account data, settings and saved coupons: until you delete your account.
When you delete your account in the app (Profile › Delete account), your account, settings and coupons are deleted at once, and your usage and subscription records are removed from our analytics copies within 3 days. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep purchase records as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), in the EEA or the UK the authority where you live.
Age
BetLogic is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access to it is limited to what running BetLogic needs.

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
